Grouper Fishing – Everyone loves to target grouper. We are very fortunate to have a very good grouper bite in the Keys! Our primary species on the reef and the wrecks are Black, Red and Scamp Groupers. Our primary deep drop species are Snowy, YellowEdge and Scamp groupers. Scamp can also be found in shallower water, typically on the edge of a drop off. We use a lot of different techniques and strategies for these fish depending on the species, time of year and water conditions.
